Terms of service

Tokenator is a control layer that sits between your applications and AI model providers. It routes, caches, compresses, governs, meters, and audits requests, then forwards them to the provider you choose. It is not itself a model provider.

You are responsible for activity under your workspace and for keeping your Tokenator keys and any provider keys secure. When you bring your own key (BYOK), you remain responsible for your provider account, its usage, and the charges the provider bills you directly.

You agree not to use Tokenator to break the law, infringe others' rights, attempt to defeat per-tenant isolation or access another tenant's data, overload or abuse the service, or violate the terms of any underlying model provider. We may suspend access that threatens the service, other customers, or the shared provider keys.

During the private beta the service is provided free of charge and no invoices are issued. Our general model is savings-share: Free runs on shared open models at $0; Pro charges a percentage of the savings we measurably deliver (you keep the majority) and never marks up your tokens; Enterprise is billed on custom terms. Full details are on the pricing page. We will give notice before any paid billing begins.

The beta is provided as-is, without a service-level guarantee; features and limits may change while we develop it. Formal SLAs are available under Enterprise agreements. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the change.

Model outputs come from third-party providers and may be inaccurate; you are responsible for how you use them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tokenator and Moxilogy are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the prior three months (which, during the free beta, is zero).
